Dr. Florian Toncar

Dr. Florian Toncar is a lawyer and politician from Germany. He is a member of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) and has held numerous positions, including chair of the FDP's Land expert committee for home affairs and law in Baden-Württemberg, chair of the financial markets advisory committee, deputy leader of the FDP parliamentary group in the Bundestag, and parliamentary secretary of the FDP parliamentary group in the Bundestag.

He is currently serving as Parliamentary state secretary at the Federal Ministry of Finance. Dr. Toncar holds a doctorate in law from the University of Tübingen and has studied law in Regensburg, Cambridge and Heidelberg.
