Dr. Phonepaseuth Ounaphom

Dr. Phonepaseuth Ounaphom- Began practicing medicine in 1989 after obtaining his medical degree from the Health Science University in Vientiane Lao P.D.R. A dedicated health professional he has spent 34 years working in the Lao Health System serving the public in various positions. In 2009 he obtained a master's degree in public health from Mahidol University in Thailand. He currently serves as the Director of the Department of Hygiene and Health Promotion for the Ministry of Health.
