Maria Poddey, with over 20 years of dedicated experience in international cooperation, has been a stalwart advocate for sustainable development. Having served with the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) in both Chile and Indonesia, she has left an indelible mark in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency, and climate policy. Maria's expertise extends to fostering collaboration with partners, international agencies and promoting regional cooperation, particularly within the ASEAN framework. Currently she is the Head of the Climate Policy Support Programme and her passion for creating a greener and more interconnected world underscores her significant contributions to the field of international cooperation.
