Oliver Geden

Dr. Oliver Geden is Head of the Research Cluster Climate Policy and Politics at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) and a Research Associate at the University of Oxford’s Institute for Science, Innovation and Society (InSIS). His work focuses on European and global climate policy, particularly the governance of carbon dioxide removal. Geden is one of the editors of the annual “State of Carbon Dioxide Removal” Report and currently serves as Vice-Chair of IPCC Working Group III.
