Rudi Dicks

Rudi Dicks is Advisor to the President and Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) in the Private Office of the President. He is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Presidential Jobs Summit Framework agreement, the Presidents Youth Employment Initiative as well as unblocking regulatory challenges that impact on employment an economic growth. In his previous role, he was a Deputy-Director General at the Department of Planning Monitoring and Evaluation as well as Executive Director of the National Labour and Economic Development Institute (NALEDI) (2008-2023).

He studied at WITS Business School and completed the Management Advanced Programme and has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Economic Principles as well as a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from the University of London.
