Sebastian Weber

Sebastian Weber is a visionary and strategic leader who drives digital transformation and innovation at E.ON, one of Europe’s largest energy companies. Since July 2021 he is the Chief Information Officer overseeing the IT strategy, operations, and governance of E.ON, as well as the development and delivery of digital solutions and services for its customers and stakeholders. Sebastian is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and The Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

Previously, Sebastian was responsible for the digital retail transformation program within the German Sales organization of E.ON. Before joining E.ON in 2019, Sebastian held various international management positions at Microsoft, focusing among others on advising international companies on their transformation in Africa, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia. His sound understanding of the different dimensions related to IT and digital transformation has been rounded up in various startups and at the Boston Consulting Group.
