Mrs Erika Mink-Zaghloul

Erika is the Head of Government Affairs for the thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG, where she is leading on public affairs and government relations with a focus on industrial decarbonisation and transition, energy, climate, hydrogen, product policy and resilience. She was previously Vice President Global Public Affairs at the Tetra Pak Group and held various corporate positions related to sustainability and advocacy. Prior to Tetra Pak, Erika was managing international programmes on sustainability, infrastructure, and policy development at Environment Resources Management, a global sustainability consultancy, and Lahmeyer International Consulting Engineers. She holds a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Industrial Hygiene from the University of Applied Sciences, Giessen, Germany, and studied Civil Engineering at University of Maryland, USA.
